В Залесово руководитель предприятия не понял с первого раза, что закон нарушать нельзя
Не извещение работников о составных частях заработной платы,
начисление и выплата заработной платы ниже установленного законом
минимального размера – такие нарушения были найдены Прокуратурой
Залесовского района при проверке предприятия ОАО «Залесовское».
По результатам проверки, как сообщает пресс-служба краевой
прокуратуры, постановлением государственного инспектора труда в
Алтайском крае еще от 2 апреля 2008 года генеральный директор ОАО
«Залесовское» был привлечен к административной ответственности – штрафу
в размере 2000 рублей.
После этого на указанном предприятии была проведена дополнительная
проверка, в ходе которой установлено, что заработная плата работникам
ОАО «Залесовское» вновь выплачивается один раз в месяц, а работникам
Муравьевского отделения предприятия часть заработной платы выдается в
неденежной форме, что противоречит закону.
По постановлению прокурора района государственным инспектором труда
в Алтайском крае руководитель предприятия вновь привлечен к
административной ответственности.
